I tried a new recipe today! They might be the easiest cookies I have ever made.
Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies
1 cup Oatmeal
2 scoops vanilla Isagenix protein powder
1 egg
dash of vanilla
A few sprinkles of cinnamon
2 tablespoon of honey
1/4 cup all natural creamy peanut butter
Mix all ingredients together and roll into a ball. Place on a cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. Makes about 10 small cookies.
Bake at 350 for approx. 8 minutes.
